I like the idea and the composition but for my tired old eyes the dog almost disappears in the foliage - at first glance I missed him- perhaps just my problem?

Dog?  I thought a "little black dress" was floating in a dream.  I had to go back to see the dog.  Cheesy

Thanks for looking John, I chose soft processing for this one and not to emphasize the dog as he is not the main subject,
but thanks for pointing that out...

I am not sure what was in that smoothie. It did have a slightly off flavor.

My mistake- I read the dog as a partner in the contemplation.

I agree with John, I think the dog makes the contemplation idea complete!  Maybe dodge him up just a touch?!

Thanks for your comments John and Amber. As is, I have no problem seeing the dog but
I know he is there of course, so I take your point. Here is the SOOC just for comparison... I could color him red?  Grin Wink

I rather like that Mia, I do like photos that have a sort of mystic about them.

SOOC would be a good forum handle, but, for me, it would always be a lie.

Now that I've recovered from my reading dyslexia, should mention that I like this image, Mia.

Also, under more reasonable ambient room lighting today, the cat shows up just fine at my end.

I need a vacation, I didn't do that to be funny. Holy cow, anyone know a good shrink???

I just caught it on reread. Hey, if John, you Mia, or anyone else got a laugh, what the heck. Smiley And me, one to be critical of folks not reading the whole thread before posting. "Dog" must have been mentioned twenty-thousand times. Yikes.

Mia, would you plead my case and beg Henry's forgiveness, please? I've had an unusual rash of (civil) legal issues lately, and I'm afraid a summons from a doggie in NZ might send me over the edge.

LOL Greg, he often takes bribes in the form of things edible. No worries, I'll just feed him a cheese toastie and say it's from you!
Sorry to hear about the legal issues, hope they get resolved quickly...
