I would lean towards having a perfectly clean boot in the snow insead of the boot being covered with the snow. The snow makes a good test for dust on the sensors.  Smiley  What was your thought on taking the shot? We are snow free today while many of our neighbors are getting up to 30". I wouldn't want to be in northern Virginia at this moment.

I think a photography class should be a requirement in all educational programs because it makes you see the world rather than just look at it.

Thanks for your reply Eastsider. Hm, my thought was 1) fun  Grin thereafter to show how deep the snow is here, it's a long time ago that we had such a lot of snow and over such a long time. I made some other shots thereafter - footprints in the snow - a heart of snow and so on perhaps I have seen this more as winterseries with fun.

Yes you are right I have realized this dust on the PC already but was not sure if it's the sensore, the lense of my first hought was (hopefully in the snow) but it seems to be the sensor or the lense. I had a deep look onto further shots which I did thereafter and since I used an other lense and since I have no further distrubace (I think) it must be dust on the lense.

Today we have no further snow but it's still cold and we have a lot of ice on the ways where we have to walk it's really hard to go shopping or home without slip and fall down. They told us they do not have enough money to remove this ice from the ways ...  Undecided

I like this shot.  Neat POV too.  Your foot looks warm and cozy in fur.
