Very nice.  Love the processing.  Very sad to see people reduced to begging...

What an awful place to be sitting...so much filth.  I'd prefer to see  him in sharp focus...face looks a touch blurred.  Good shot just the same.

Its a crop from a larger image so not perfect. On lot of these guys are ''professional'' beggars so don't feel too sorry for them. I know one who when he is not begging is running around in his brand new Lexus so all is not what it may at first seem, not saying this is the case here but you have to understand how things are done here. Begging teams come form the provinces to Phnom Penh and can make a great deal of money from tourist...

Ian, very interesting photo. Is this typical of the cleanliness of the streets or is this a back alley? As an unrelated aside, we sponsor a boy in an organizationl called Cambodia Tomorrow. I don't know if it is anywhere near where you are, but it might make an interesting subject for you. They prepare kids for entrance to the University.

Street cleanliness is not a priority here although the main streets are generally kept tidy. This was taken of the main drag so is a little dishevelled. Thants for looking and comments are always appreciated.

PS I have several visits to local donation funded schools so keep watching....

One of those rare cases wherein trash actually adds to a shot. Great balance, and oddly I see the primary subject being the sitting man with secondary subjects being the gurney or whatever you call it, and the trash!

I like this, Ian!
