Well we are closing yet another Month Here at NEMs, our 15Th Month since beginning
...
We had another Really Good Month, Our Third Best for New Topics, and Fourth Best for New Posts!!
We also had OUR BEST MONTH FOR NEW MEMBERS----> 88 !!!
The Frustrating Part to this , is that the Majority of New Members Sign Up, and You never See Them, Go Figure,,,, but Many this Month Have Also Jumped Right in, and started to Participate.... I THANK ALL YOU NEW MEMBERS who have done This!!!! I also ask that all of us Please try to help make them feel at Home, and encourage them to continue Posting and Commenting, let them know we don't Bite lol..
I encourage all Guests, and New Members, to get right in the Water Here... Start Posting Your Photos, and Commenting on Other Members Work... as Said We Don't Bite.. None of Us Care What Level you Place Yourself on as A Photographer , or the Equipment You Use, the Idea here is to HELP all Do Better, through Constructive Polite Critique, and Feedback... This Forum is Not a Candy Land, and sometimes the Reviews might not be what you want to hear, but I promise you , that with each Critique YOU WILL SEE IMPROVEMENT with your Work!!
I can tell you Right Now, that Most Forums, or Places where you post Photos for Comment, you will hear the usual, Great Shot, Pretty Picture, Atta Boy's & Atta Girl's..... Ohhhhhhhhhh that is Soooo Plains-Ville, and does NOTHING for You, or Your Growth in the Art..
You Will get your accolades here, but also usually reasons Why... so GIVE IT A TRY, DON'T BE SHY!!
I also would again like to ask all of you to HELP in Bringing Members to the Forum.... If you Like WHAT YOU SEE, tell a Friend, get Em Over Here....

Two Months Ago , Many of you ask for a DARKSIDE ROOM...... at that time the Moderators all got together and discussed this, and to be honest , we were not sold on the idea??? We came up with a Theme Room, and entered DARKSIDE as the first theme, this gave us a chance to watch it.... In the Two Months, I think it did Outstanding with Posts and Quality Work, and we have decided to add it to our Index, and place it in its' Own Room, to be Moderated, by our own Mistress of Darkside---> EASYPICKINGS... She did an Outstanding Job of keeping this Theme Motivated, and Interest was High, and She Will continue to do just that, so keep her Busy , and continue to Enjoy the DARKSIDE of Things lol...
The THEME ROOM will also Continue, and Watch for a NEW THEME for JULY!!!!

Transportation... As you know we rejuvenated, and re-birthed this Room, and glad we did, it seems to be going well, and PATEY is there to keep it Fired up!! Lot of Car Shows this time of Year, so lets see some Shots...
